Kitty worked as the director of our most recent production, Make It, leading the cast and creative team through two weeks of rehearsals and a four-show run in Salford. She connected perfectly with the subject matter and managed rehearsals with creativity, fantastic energy and humour - her many inventive ideas working wonders in bringing the script to life, finding exciting, engaging nuances throughout and realizing the final piece in a manner that embraced the challenges and quirks of the performance venue superbly. We would be thrilled to work with her again in the future!

I have worked as a sound designer/mixer under Kitty on a couple of shows. She creates a really welcoming and supportive work environment, alongside excellent directive work. I find Kitty's style of directing really easy to work under - she always provides a clear vision, while also maintaining an open dialogue and the flexibility to make changes based upon the practicalities presented by myself and other members of the tech team. I hope we get to work together again soon!

Kitty is truly one of the best directors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She creates the most welcoming environment and makes the rehearsal process so clear to follow and so incredibly fun. She also encourages collaboration from everyone which makes you feel so much more connected to the people you’re working with but also to the material you’re rehearsing. Overall Kitty is an incredible director and I hope I can work with her again someday!

Kitty is an incredibly hands on director. No one was ever alone or made to feel silly when making choices, she was always in the space with you. That allowed me to feel more confident aswell as comfortable to venture outside my comfort zone.
